Systems and processes are synonymous with big corporations and big businesses and so no small business can have systems because at the stage they are at they do not have the capacity to have elaborate systems and processes to facilitate the desired results and drive sales. BIG SCAM!

If your business earns less than $250,000 per year in revenue, there’s a good chance that you’re still handling most of the operational tasks yourself. From invoicing to blog posts, Search Engine Optimization to following up with leads, without you, the business doesn’t do much business.

Starting out can be overwhelming because you are just trying to wrap your head around understanding the best way to move your business forward, but here is the best way to start solving most of your business problems.

Step 1: Make a list of close to 10 tasks that you find tedious or hate doing. or typically you are terrible at.

Step 2: Estimate how much time it takes you to complete such tasks.

Step 3: Rank the tasks ( on a scale of 1 to 10 ) depending on how much time it takes to complete. with the most time getting the lowest score.

Step 4: The tasks that have the least scores are certainly the ones you need to create systems and processes for

Step 5: Find tools/labor that can complete the same tasks with a shorter time frame

Systems and processes are incredibly important to your business because they are directly related to increasing efficiency and improving accuracy which increases results and ROI.
