How to overcome insecurities in a much practical way on a day to day basis without compromising your work.

As a human, we tend to feel insecure.

Oh! “This Person earned five lacs this month”, instead of staying happy for him, we feel insecure.

“Wow! What a toned up body man!” The other person’s insecurity is right in!

“My Gosh, what a beautiful house is this” Insecurity.

What is the outcome?

Rather learning from them about how they have achieved it, we tend to think of the negative side of it. Let me give you the same example with my negative perspective

Insecure mind “Must be having some good references”. Wish I would have been as lucky as he is?

2. “Wow! What a toned up body man!-

Insecure mind “ This girl is free enough to manage time for herself. Wish I did not have the onus of responsibility on my plate.”

We judge and often cover up insecurities. To feel insecure is Ok but not at the cost of your improvement. Some of us are insecure all the time and some most of the time which is completely acceptable. It may be due to the kind of childhood they had, past traumas, loneliness, having critical parents or partners. Whatever is the reason. The reason is ‘Past’ and Past cannot be changed.- Right?

SO, take a chill pill.

I would tell my personal experience. Two years back I used to be insecure for everything, who used to overthink and hesitate. After changing my lifestyle and attending seminars on Positivity, reading self-development books(I’m gonna tell the name if you require, text me up), I kick-ass my insecure nature and at times when it is hard to control my mind, I change my perception to control insecurity. This is the process I follow-

Me — I will also try to stay fit. Can you recommend me your dietician?

So how you perceive and how you gonna take it for your benefit, matters.

Some simple practical steps to follow to combat insecurities are-

It’s ok to be insecure but it’s not ok to get affected by it.

C’mon life is too short to be insecure.
