In general if you think of getting into the renting business it is very important to think of your identity. Whether you plan to rent an apartment in a big city or a small cabin in the woods you need to think it through, so it’s properly branded, has its own style and something that will beat out the competition. You need to create a place where people would crave to visit. You do not want to be another place where you need to compete with the price, as this is the road to nowhere.
