Assigning default agency for referring doctors

It was time-consuming and laborious to click every time and chose the agency name with the doctor’s name.
The majority of times, the referring doctor is from the same agency. Keeping this in mind Cloud pathology has introduced its new feature, Assigning default agency for referring doctors. If you type in the name of a doctor it will always display the default agency that has been assigned to his name.

Assigning the doctors to agencies can be done in one simple step.
General Masters contains the list of doctors and agencies and the agencies can be assigned to doctors with ease. If you need, you can also change the agency while selecting the name of the doctor during the registration of a patient.

It can be quite useful to the data entry operators who type in all the data. Effective and efficient, Default agency might look like a small feature but this helps in reducing work and save time.
